@wanland.hk is a minimalistic Taiwanese-style cafe with a pet-friendly outdoor dining area. Sooooo cute! This adorable latte art immediately captured my heart when it was served to our table. The smoky hojicha taste was quite strong with a pleasant nutty aroma.

As most of the desserts were already sold out that day, we opted to try their in-house croffle. OH. MY. GOD. Probably one of the best croffles I’ve ever had. Topped with delectably smooth vanilla ice cream and a huge strawberry that was a tad too sour for me, the croissant-waffle hybrid had the perfect butteriness and crunchiness.

Bursting full of ingredients, the club sandwich consisted of roasted chicken thigh, scrambled egg, cucumber, tomato and cabbage. The thing that set it apart was the peanut butter spread on the toast adding a distinctive sweetness to the umami-rich sandwich.

Loved that this dish was loaded with all my favorite food - juicy portobello mushroom, seared tomato, smoked salmon, avocado, seasoned scrambled egg, bacon, sausages and a petite salad. Our only suggestion to make it even better would be to switch out the buttered toast for a croffle, but that would be asking too much for this price XD
