Heard about this Taiwanese hotpot place so came with a few friends. Didn’t t have much expectation and came w open mind.Ordered ying yang- spicy and plain chicken soup base. Unlike Sichuan style, the spicy soup base was not as oily which is a big plus.Highlight of the evening was the Duck Blood. It was so good that we ordered “3” servings. The beef was good but not exceptional and was quite pricy. The dumplings and the fresh meatballs were good.
For alcohol, it was my first time to try this local brand of beer. Quite nice and went well w hot pot.
