为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

The restaurant was bright and roomy with clean modern decoration.  The menu was bilingual with some nice food photos.  Some of the staff came off a bit rude, but I didn't let that stop me from enjoying my breakfast.  I ordered the Preserved Cabbage and Shredded Pork Rice Vermicelli with Scrambled Egg and Butter Toast, and Self-made Glutinous Rice with Chicken.  The rice vermicelli was pretty standard, but I really liked the glutinous rice with chicken.  It was not only stuffed with chicken, but

The restaurant was bright and roomy with clean modern decoration.  The menu was bilingual with some nice food photos.  Some of the staff came off a bit rude, but I didn't let that stop me from enjoying my breakfast.  I ordered the Preserved Cabbage and Shredded Pork Rice Vermicelli with Scrambled Egg and Butter Toast, and Self-made Glutinous Rice with Chicken.  The rice vermicelli was pretty standard, but I really liked the glutinous rice with chicken.  It was not only stuffed with chicken, but there were also BBQ pork, Chinese sausage, shrimps, shiitake mushroom and lotus seed.  It was packed with flavours, and honestly the best glutinous rice with chicken I've ever had.  A very delicious and inexpensive meal.
