La Maison du Chocolat (已結業)

I had always wanted to try their hot chocolate here but never seemed to pass by. Today was finally the day.I tried the Faubourg set. I asked the server which hot chocolate out of the 2 was less sweet and she kindly recommended the Caracas. For the Ganaches, I chose the coffee and orange.The hot chocolate came and it was definitely the best I tried in Hong Kong. It was aromatic and rich without being too sweet. The consistency is so thick you are forced to drink it slowly and appreciate its flavo
