Thai BBQ 2 is one of my 2 most favorite Thai food restaurants in HK. I lived in Thailand for 1 year in 1992 and remember real Thai foods well since then, especially papaya salad with river crab. I tried a few places outside Kowloon City and was disappointed. I tied most places in Kowloon City and found here was one of only 2 Thai restaurants offering this papaya salad with river crab. Since then, I have been coming to this and another almost every weekend by myself and with friends. Minced chick

I tried a few places outside Kowloon City and was disappointed. I tied most places in Kowloon City and found here was one of only 2 Thai restaurants offering this papaya salad with river crab. Since then, I have been coming to this and another almost every weekend by myself and with friends. Minced chicken for Thai with Thai basil, minced raw beef, northeastern sausage, raw shrimp and semi-raw shellfish, steamed fish with lime and garlic, shrimp soup, etc. are all my favorite and rotation. Enjoy
