the noodles are crispy and fresh. the wontons and Shanghai dumplings are perfect. I have noodles soups that are twice the price that is not as good. it's definitely a hidden gem. they also have congee and I didn't try them yet. they dont open until 11am and that's way past my breakfast hour. I chat with the boss lady once. she is very proud of her noodles. Isnt it nice when people work for their love and not money alone.
