This is by far the best omakase lunch I have ever had in HK- the level of professionalism of Japanese chef, you will have a chef serving you and your table particularly (if you are taking the seating at the bar table) and telling you the name of the fish after he served you the nigiri - no soy sauce is offered because each nigiri is carefully seasoned - all nigiris are very fresh and sweet - the amount of vinegar and rice are just right Lunch: $680/person (12 pieces nigiri)I will definitely be b
