Hands down best place for ramen in Hong Kong. It is conveniently located in D2. The decoration is like an izakaya with lots of old school japanese toys. I absolutely loved their seafood based shrimp ramen. It was so flavourful I could basically drink all the soup and ask for seconds. Ramen are always cooked to perfection: not soggy and not overly raw. The chef did mention that all their soup based are made with fresh ingredients and boiled over and over to extract the flavour, hence the soup was
