It is always delighted to eat a quality sourdough and this new discovery was just so good☺️ I tried 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝗴𝗴 once long time ago in Europe but have never encountered one in HK. This is the kind of breakfast dish that we need more of in HK. I am so bored with Benedict or All Day Breakfast already🤷🏼‍♂️The dish was composed of 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗼 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗢𝗶𝗹 and a 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗨𝗽. It was indeed a simple that you could replicate at home. But it’s so comfort

The dish was composed of 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗼 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗢𝗶𝗹 and a 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗨𝗽. It was indeed a simple that you could replicate at home. But it’s so comforting to eat such a delicious dish at ease in a cafe😌 Everything was spot on, especially the sourdough. It had chewy core, crunchy crust, tangy and nice flour flavour.

The best sourdough I had in a while. The chili oil and jalapeno were not spicy at all but just a pungent touch. The whole dish was all about the balance of sour and spicy. The price is surely on the high side but I would definitely pay them over and over for a comforting morning☀️

Their 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 ☕️ was high quality and it came with lotus biscuit! Just happy to have some little delight.

Btw, I got a slice of 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 for afternoon tea. It was soooo good too and I regret I didn’t take a photo of it. I will grab their cookie and scone next time as their pastries have shown me their high standard 🥰
