The food at Ye Shanghai is always good but the new Tiramisu is amazing!!! This is perhaps the best tiramisu I've ever tasted in Hong Kong. As with the rest of the fusion desserts, there is a twist to the western desserts. The twist in the tiramisu is the addition of cream chestnut puree. The result is delicious as the chestnut mingles perfectly with the mascarpone and coffee. Yummy!! A must try if you're there and if you like tiramisu.
