Walked passed this stored earlier and I did not try it that time. I have chosen Yogo, my all time favourite Froyo in Causeway Bay.Finally, I went there to try last night.The store was pretty empty.I have ordered Waffle Yo without sauce since I like to taste the yoghurt itself properly.Waited for abuot 5 minutes and it came my Waffle Yo.The texture of the yoghurt was really good for me. The texture of the yoghurt was really good for me. I personally do not like those really creamy Froyo. It is stiff enough and yet, quite soft.
What I really appreciate is the flavour. It really tastes like nature yoghurt, sour enough, not too sweet, and it has adequate milk flavour. There are so many stores out there which tastes like vanilla ice cream but not yoghurt.
The crumbs are good enough, not outstanding, just like ordinary digestive biscuits. It did have some lumps but that actually give the froyo a bit different texture.
At the price of 100g for $15, it is definitely a good deal!
For the waffle stick itself
It was sizzling hot when it handed to me (couldn't even put in my mouth immediately).
It does have enough flavour. It is definitely a Belgium waffle adjusted to HK flavour (those in Belgium is a lot heavier, sweeter and buttery which I don't think HK people prefers). The inside is a bit airy (which is good for my liking) and the skin is slightly crunchy. It will be awesome if it is a bit crunchier.
Overall, in terms of price/quality, this has become my favourite Froyo stores, way better than those in Central or those super famous ones (they taste good, but absolutely over-priced).
题外话/补充资料：
After looking at the previous comments, I do think that the owner has improved and it is worth to give it another go if you did not have a good experience before.
