- Taste: Lychee was quite special with the expected taste and texture of yogurt. At first I found it very tasty, but the more I ate, the more I found it overly sweet…I wondered how much sugar had been added to it
Toppings: - Nothing special with the green bean sauce. The taste was not strong. Would it be better if green tea powder is used instead?
- I was surprised to have the green tea jelly. Not too sweet and the texture matched well with the yogurt.
- The texture of red beans was just right, not too soft nor hard, adding another layer of texture to the yogurt.
- I used to add crushed Oreo to froyo. This was the first time to have quite large pieces of Oreo, together with the cream filling directly added into the yogurt. It made the froyo overly sweet though I quite like the idea of having small pieces instead of crushed ones. My suggestion is to take away the filling and chop the Oreo into small pieces as they are now!
- Also, I found that the choices of fresh fruit were very limited….no blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, kiwi….
Service: - The staff was friendly and efficient. Since my coupon worth $41 and my original order only cost $3x, she nicely reminded me that I could choose an extra topping! GOOD!!
Generally I quite like this shop and I don't think it's as bad as some food lovers found. However, if I purchase at the original price, what I ate today would be around $40….which is quite pricy as compared to many other equally good ones which cost around $16-18/ 100g with more choices of toppings. They may want to think of some strategies to attract more customers given the severe competition these days!
