It was my colleague's birthday and he bought some maxim's cake share with us. I toke the strawberry cake as it looked lovely. The cake was cream base, it was soft and milky, suits Hong Kong style. The strawberry was ok, not juicy and not sour and not sweet, it was a funny experience. There was some more sliced strawberry inside the cream, overall this cake was not bad.
