10/4 Birthday bunch with my fat lady to celebrate with Seafood. We drink a cup of cappuccino to start, 12pm afternoon is time to eat, we love oyster, Chef is opening in front of u, but the size always small and just can get 2pcs for 1 time, but l know every Hotel is same policy. Crab 🦀 claws is salty and a little size, not really enough to eat after 4 or 5pcs, if more bigger is fantastic
l m cheese lover, but there is not many type you can choose, even salami sausage or cooked ham
l may think this is a local style buffet for neighbors or visitors from China. As you can find Indian curry and Roti, BBQ Pork, Dim Sum etc..... more hot dish is local guest choice, not too many western hot dishes. e.g. tartufo soup,lobster soup, Seared Tuna salad, or tuna tartare, escargot, Foie Gras etc.....
Overall, floor staff are very polite and helpful for taking your empty plate, and fast for give to you napkin or wet tissue that u request
Food is good quality in some seafood, if hot dish is more western style, will be much better to compare another big group of Hotel.
