Last night was a simple dinner for two. The service was proper and decent. The servings of dishes were fast. The food was up to standard. However, There were several unexpected charges, and offers without addressing any hidden fees until you see the bill. I am a traveller myself. I’ve been to decent restaurants in hotels and they wouldn’t charge like this. The charged fermented vegetable was tasteless and still coats $25 even if you didn’t order it. 2人一进门问你想喝:热茶、豆浆、薏米水? 错误引导式消费,不会讲明额外收费,直接砍你坐下来后先叫了薏米水,先收我们$70,你没有提及价钱直接收费唔紧要,$70那么小杯薏米水我们让你砍。然后服务员端上一小碗酸菜,试吃了一条,淡而无味像擦纸胶,口味欠佳所以放置了一旁,竟还charge $25。然后我和先生只叫了小杯滚水,放置在旁的酱汁碰也没碰过,我们叫了杯滚水也收$40。我周游列国也算是见识到香港这里第一家那么多hidden fees的餐厅。我们到任何其他酒店级的餐厅,一般也不会收那么多「隐藏费用」。简直感觉好像有点进了black店的感觉。以上的入门收费已高达$150,提供的只是:一杯白开水,两杯薏米水,像茶餐厅一样放在餐厅的油盐酱醋,及一碟淡而无味的酸菜我们情愿服务生serve得我们好,给$100小费,也不愿这样被人收费。看到这集团的老板徐总背景还自称读过康乃尔大学酒店管理学院,我真的是觉得这集团老板完全对marketing knowledge欠佳,没想过「留客」,一心想宰割「水鱼」。我们也是做生意的人,他这样的收费方式真的很令客户们感觉不适,像无良black店,简直像被抢掠一样。总括用餐体验极失望,$150入场费我们让你赚,我们也被骗得起,但以后这个集团的餐厅也不会再出席
