Black and white burger were on my WANT-TO-TRY list for ages, and finally I was back in hk. I definitely need to try and finally TODAY.The outlook of the black and white burger both had some sesame on top and they both created a great visual contrast which were both very attractive. The outlook of the black and white burger both had some sesame on top and they both created a great visual contrast which were both very attractive.
BLACK burger: it was made with 2 layers of beef,2 bacon, a layer of mash, some veg and some kind of sauce. The beef was nothing special at all, it was just like the normal burger beef. The bacon was very tiny and actually if you just ate the whole thing without having a look of the inside of the burger, you really could not tell there were a taste of bacon. For the veg, the amount was very little which could not provide a crunchy texture. The mash layer was ridiculous, tasted very strange which could not match with the mustard sauce.
White burger: It contained several layers as well, a layer of deep fried chicken fillet as well as a layer of disgusting mash, 2 bacon and a little bit of veg with the not-matching mustard sauce. Similarly, the taste was not that good, but it was a bit better than the BLACK one. The chicken fillet was not crispy, maybe because it was not freshly fried. Overall, no matter how charming the outlook were for both Black and White, the taste and combination were Very disappointing!
