Every time I pass by a choux à la crème shop, the aroma always smells so sweet and delicious. As expected, the original chou (white) tasted better. The black chou was harder to cut with its hardened chocolate top. The bitterness of the chocolate was also more dominant than the sweet and light cream filling. The chocolate flavour was too strong in this case. And so the white chou wins: simple with a sprinkle of icing sugar. The dough was a little crispier than expected though. This is probably because they were left overnight in the fridge. Eating the choux right on spot would have a different turn out I am sure.

题外话/补充资料: Choux Creme card: buy 2 items for 1 stamp. Collect 10 stamps to get 2 original cream puffs.
