Slow-Roasted Pork Belly w/ Chorizo & White Beans
Pork belly cut into thin slices. Crispy skin, good meat to fat ratio. Juicy and tender meat. Appetizing sauce mixed with beans and veggies.
Hot coffee was freshly brewed. Fragrant and slightly bitter with a hint of acidity.
Staff was friendly and showed great hospitality. Food was served at a good pace that we could enjoy the meal slowly.
