It’s my second time visiting Fleur, as I craved for their fabulous “Meat Lover” which surely impressed me last time, and I must confess that I also had a wonderful time today!With Christmas around the corner, the whole placed was decorated with bunch of Christmas ornaments, as well as a sparkling tree near the window side. Compared to last time when we ordered brunch, we had their lunch set this time (Regular brunch price yet complimentary soup & drinks are included). It’s a much cheaper deal than just the brunch itself.
We started off with the soup, which was just so-so. As introduced by the staff member as “carrot cream soup”, I anticipated a creamy texture with a rich scent of carrots’ freshness. It was served warm yet turned out quite watery...you could taste the carrots though. Acceptable I would say.

The duck leg arrived promptly after our hot soup. It was supposed to be quite tender and juicy as it claimed to be “slow cooked”, yet the duck was in fact quite dry and far from tender. The sides (quinoa and salad) were fine. Probably won’t order this course next time.

Next up was the Croissant Lover, which was quite nice. I’m not sure if their croissants were freshly baked, but it was buttery and crispy! The deep-fried crab went well with the sauce as well as the sunny side up egg. It was a nice combination!

Our meal finished with my favourite set — “Meat Lover”. Quite a let down as the size of the pork this time was relatively smaller, but I was still captivated by its rich flavour. The deep-fried pork was tender and flavourful, along with the toppings and the charcoal bread. The staff was thoughtful to ask if we would like the sandwiches to be cut in advance as we were sharing the dishes. It smelled good, looked nice (cute flamingo sticks!!!) and tasted fabulous. Highly recommend this one

Their drinks were good too, in particularly their velvet latte. They had definitely put much effort in making the drinks presentable. One point to note that their water served was mixed with mint leaves and lemon slices, and I do love that part too.
The service was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and attentive, some even offered taking photos for us. With the high quality food and service, I would say it was priced reasonably! Yet I do recommend visiting during lunchtime so you could order their lunch set (with soup & drinks) instead of regular brunch
