Everytime before and after I do gym, I would be attracted by these rainbow colour salads. The menu is changed within a period of time.This time, I choose Caesar Rome lettuces, burdocks, kales, mushrooms and noodles. One large box contains over 600g and it's totally not heavy but fresh and light. I love this kind of super-low calories / fat / sugar / carbs salad (Guilty-free). Next time I will try these beautiful healthy yummy yogurt!
