A Mantou is a Chinese steamed bun/bread from China. They are white with no filling in the middle.Sometimes they are eaten steamed or fried and dipped with condensed milk.I was attracted by the packaging so I brought a bag to try.It did not taste like a real Mantou, but its shape was made like a Mantou.It was sweet flavoured bread with some brown sugar glazed on the surface.
