I would be in Japan on Mother's Day so we celebrated early this week. MO bar's brunch changes seasonally and this time it was a spring garden. For myself, I felt the garden brunch was already quite sufficient as you already have unlimited coffee, champagne and 4 types of cocktails, which is more than enough for me.We started off the a cup of coffee with the bread. The mushroom fries and lobster terrine was definitely my favorite appetizer.
For desserts, the mango/passionfruit sorbet was quite refreshing and was a great match while eating the desserts. As you may have guessed, I loved the tarty yuzu tart the most.
