I would be in Japan on Mother's Day so we celebrated early this week. MO bar's brunch changes seasonally and this time it was a spring garden. For myself, I felt the garden brunch was already quite sufficient as you already have unlimited coffee, champagne and 4 types of cocktails, which is more than enough for me.We started off the a cup of coffee with the bread. The mushroom fries and lobster terrine was definitely my favorite appetizer. The flat iron steak was quite tender for my medium rare. The sides were great when we tried all their cocktails.
Out of the 4 seasonal cocktails, Spring 75 was definitely my favorite with its peachy flavors.
For desserts, the mango/passionfruit sorbet was quite refreshing and was a great match while eating the desserts. As you may have guessed, I loved the tarty yuzu tart the most.
