Sophia Loren has become one of my fav spots in hk. From fine dining experience at the casa to happy hour free flow at the pizzeria, I found myself enjoying every moments with the authentic Southern Italian delices it served.This time I was here to try out their Weekend brunch.Be prepared to indulge yourself in 2 hours of free-flow pizza, pasta , tiramisu and so on.It’s $388 per person an extra $80-200 for optional drinkin package We selected the $100 Prosecco free flow and got completely boozed

We started off with a few sharing starters
Its very well balanced with greens and meats
-Selection of cold cut
-Pomodoro & cucumber salad
-Aubergine parmigiana
-Nonna's meatball stew (+HKS80/portion)
It was then followed by a selection of pizzas
Highly recommended the Scandal in Sorrento , topped with Mozzarella, mortadella ham, pistachio pesto, stracciatella cheese and so on.
The flavour profile is profound
-Margherita
-Scandal in Sorrento
-Piccante
-Four cheese & Parma Ham

You can enjoy
-Orecchiette pasta
with pesto sauce, french bean & cherry tomato
-Mezze maniche carbonara , loaded with egg yok & crispy pancetta
I have also added the Seafood Linguine (-HKS80/portion) and it’s definitely worth it. This Seafood Pasta has Linguine tossed in a bright orange cream sauce with plenty of shrimp and scallops. Full of umami!
Do save some room for their all you can eat Tiramisù
It’s definitely one of the best in hk!
