Brunch is HK$268 per person which includes appetizer and dessert buffet, 2 small main courses, champagne or fruit drink.The appetizer buffet was great! It includes shrimp cocktail, foie gras terrine, lobster salad (not too much lobster), grilled tuna, pigeon terrine, sesame chicken with clear noodles, etc. The dessert buffet was ok. The appetizer buffet was great! It includes shrimp cocktail, foie gras terrine, lobster salad (not too much lobster), grilled tuna, pigeon terrine, sesame chicken with clear noodles, etc. The dessert buffet was ok. I didn't like any of the desserts because the flavor and textures of the western desserts were bad. there were no fusion desserts like Ye Shanghai. For the main, you can pick 2 items from the menu. The potion of the items was small but the stuff was really interesting. Like burger in a sesame pocket.

I was really hesitant to try this restaurant before because I was afraid it was going to be another fusion restaurant. But the restaurant has managed to keep the flavors Sichuan but the presentation was done in a Western way.
