We had an afternoon tea here on the Jan 1st. Afternoon Tea for One: This set has two finger sandwich, salmon puffs, smoked salmon open faced sandwich, blueberries cheesecake, cream bulee, scone, and Madeleines (法式贝壳蛋糕). All tasted excellent to me. My wife choose an iced lemon tea (not on the photo). Mint Tea (Loose leaves in pot): I like mint tea, especially loose tea leaves brewed in tea pot. Mint Tea (Loose leaves in pot): I like mint tea, especially loose tea leaves brewed in tea pot. I really enjoy refilling hot water and resting in a sofa.
Nachos Chip with Cucumber Dip (Free flow of nachos): This is my favorite snack! Bubble bar serves freshly made dip for nachos chip. To complete the whole bowl of fresh cucumber & yogurt dip, I requested two refill of nachos chips. [I wish I had a beer on hand for the chips. woo ho.]
It costed a total of HK$250 for this afternoon treat. I think half of the charges are paid for the relaxing environment.
