I had the Kopi Luwak (a bit steep at HK$290/cup!) from a plantation in Aceh, Indonesia which had that smooth, dark chocolaty taste like the real stuff! Hand drip method, and they were slow and careful, and it was served in a fancy cup. coffee was hot. taste was excellent. Next time I'll try the 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain (HK$130).

Service was friendly, definitely worth a revisit.
题外话/补充资料: Place is a little hard to find, as its inside the GREAT food hall in the basement of Pacific Place. only 12 spaces, but worth hanging around to get a seat.
