I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bold Coffee in Hong Kong and I was thoroughly impressed by the stunning and colourful design of the cafe. The culinary offerings of the cafe were also nice. Two dishes, in particular, stood out to me: the Carbonara and the S'mores Waffle.The Carbonara was an absolute delight, with a rich, creamy sauce that was positively decadent. It exhibits a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
The S'mores Waffle was equally impressive, with a crispy exterior and a soft, moist interior that was positively addictive. The seared marshmallow topping provided a delightful contrast of textures, with a chewy, gooey center that was simply irresistible. The chocolate sauce added an extra layer of decadence, making the dish a true guilty pleasure.
