Was really looking forward to try this place but it turns out to be a horrible experience. We were brought to the second floor which was not sound proof at all! The noise level was so high that it kills any appetite. The waiters had good attitude but they were obviously not well trained! 1. Food served without utensils! (Well, perhaps we couldn’t expect that of the staff, when even the manager didn’t remember to serve us water or utensils) 2. Waiters didn’t take the orders in a ‘round the table’
We were brought to the second floor which was not sound proof at all! The noise level was so high that it kills any appetite.
The waiters had good attitude but they were obviously not well trained!
1. Food served without utensils! (Well, perhaps we couldn’t expect that of the staff, when even the manager didn’t remember to serve us water or utensils)
2. Waiters didn’t take the orders in a ‘round the table’ manner. When the food came, it was just chaotic figuring out who ordered what.
3. Waiters came to our table one after another asking if we have ordered our food (even when we were eating already!)
Given the food was just alright... definitely would not go back again.
