祥興記上海生煎包 (已結業)

4 original buns, with thin skins, crispy bottoms, hot soup inside, 28 bucks. Not bad. The black truffle ones are more than double the price, at 35 or so for TWO, but you can at least taste the difference. The sour plum drink is really really sour, which is great. Recommend getting that and the 6 piece sampler.
