Hotpot has always been one of my favorite things to eat, so when I know there’s a new hotpot restaurant inside the Greater China Club, I had to give it a try!They do Sichuan style hotpot so we ordered their signature spicy broth and fish maw & chicken broth. The broth was so rich in flavours and the spicy one was really great! The two kinds of beef we ordered were good too. The beef neck had a nice, firm texture and it tasted very nice. The abalone & chicken dumplings were delicious as well, with a balanced mix of the 2 ingredients 👍🏻
PS their menu is really cute!
