Can’t place an order

Must be good because very busy but after two attempts could still not order a pizza. First time they said they only had the 10” dough, no 13” dough. Isn’t it the same dough??? Tonight they wouldn’t answer their phone so we went in person, got in line which wasn’t moving, then after about 5 minutes a couple that got in the wrong line was told to join the line and they jumped the queue in front of us. So we left angry.
