Long time no weekday business lunch in CENTRAL! Finally time for it! And this time it was an Indian restaurant! Dinner was also available but we preferred lunch this time! Walk-in was ok during my visit. The interior decoration was pretty decent, just like a pub great for happy hours. It seemed quite nice as a private party venue too.Their lunch set menu was clear and simple with 6 basic sets to choose from. We ordered the Seafood Special and Tandoori Special to share. Their lunch set menu was clear and simple with 6 basic sets to choose from. We ordered the Seafood Special and Tandoori Special to share. A drink was included in the set including coffee or tea or soft drinks.
But we preferred something different so ordered from their mocktails menu. We each ordered a mocktail but not cocktail because we still needed to work after lunch.

Seafood Special (Fish masala or goan fish curry served with 1 piece fish tikka or chicken tikka or seekh kebab and rice or naan) at $98+10%
As we wanted to go all fish for this dish, we also chose fish masala in addition to the goan fish curry. There were two pieces of fish masala which was very smooth inside with a nice seasoned crust. The goan fish curry was pretty spicy with quite a lot of ingredients which were mostly fish fillets cut into small pieces and some ginger slices. This dish was very meaty with so much fish fillets! The curry sauce was tasty which went great with the naan we ordered. The naan was warm and soft. There was also some salads on the side.

Tandoori Special (Chicken tandoori served with choice of naan) at $88+10%
I personally liked this Tandoori Special more. There was a big and thick slice of chicken thigh which was seasoned pretty well and was quite tender inside. There was a mint sauce (the green one) for the chicken but I think it was good enough being eaten on its own. The curry for the naan was different from the goan fish curry as this one was slightly more sweet and less spicy and I liked this even more. Like-wise, there was also some salads on the side.
Berry Black (Pineapple, Cranberry, Blackberry Syrup) at $65+10% (on right)
This mocktail looked pretty nice with 5 fresh blueberries on top. It was not sweet at all and the pineapple syrup flavour dominated.
Berry Red (Pineapple, Lemon, Grenadine Syrup) at $65+10% (on left)
This mocktail was much sweeter with a pineapple slice which was edible! My lunch partner said the pineapple syrup flavour seemed to dominate but I think it was more so for the grenadine syrup.
The person in charge was Indian and most other eaters during our visit were Indians too. So I suppose the food must be authentic? Hygiene was quite good and there was a hand sanitizer on each table as well as napkins and wet wipes. The Indian boss was very nice and was very helpful in explaining things in details. Overall, it was quite a good lunch for people like me who don't eat Indian cuisine often. I heard that there is TAO & SIDEWALK nearby and also whiskey & ciger lounge.
