This used to be my all time favourite for carbonara in HK, but am a bit disappointed this time.🙊Spaghetti was not to the extent of mushy, but had certainly lost the al dante texture☹️The carbonara sauce was creamy but not eggy enough, also not thick enough to coat the spaghetti well.😞Another thing to improve is that all the hams and cheese, the pasta could be a bit overwhelmingly briny😳That said, I would still rate this carbonara as above average, especially with all the different bacon chips, pa

That said, I would still rate this carbonara as above average, especially with all the different bacon chips, parma ham and cheese, which added so much flavours and layers.🤩
They have a discount for booking with eatigo, yet they will require you to order a drink (which will not be discounted). So note that if you are planning a visit.
