早前来过Carpaccio吃午饭,今次晚饭时间来,试试新推出的菜式。先来头盘小吃,Calamari Fritti,lightly battered deep-fried calamari with a side of Marinara sauce or lemon mayonnaise,香炸小鱿鱼配意式蕃茄酱或蛋黄酱,$85,薄薄的炸浆包著鱿鱼,口感不算十分香脆,但就不油腻,鱿鱼质感不太韧口,带点软腍,相比起,在湾仔的Divino Patio的Calamari Fritti造得较好吃。Vegetariano,grilled vegetables,roasted Portobello mushrooms and mixed green salad,香烤蔬菜、烧大蘑菇及杂菜,$98,大蘑菇不会烧得干身,仍有很多菌汁,其他的瓜菜烤味不太重。Duo,Carpaccio of Salmon & Sea Bass with citrus dressing,rocket & orange segments,三文鱼及鲈鱼薄片配可口柑橘沙律酱、芝麻菜及香橙片,$125。两款鱼的薄片质感软腍,以柑橘沙律酱
