Zhen is a new restaurant set opened near the neighbourhood of Sai Wan, just down Hill Road from our HKU campus. It serves contemporary dim sum, with both traditional Chinese fare and modern Western approaches. They interpret with some Western ingredients and putting an adorable presentation on them. The cute little panda custard bun is impressively made with an excellent lava center that has just spilled all over the plate, whilst the piggy barbecue pork bun is also fluffy and beautiful.
