为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Our family celebrate Mother’s Day by having dinner together. We have ordered special Mother’s Day set dinner for four of us. The portion of food is considered good and each dish serves per person. I love the appetizer the most since the roast pork is really crispy. The longevity bun is fill with egg yolk lava. The service level is on five star hotel for sure.
