My friend will work at a new place soon with a lighter schedule so decided to treat me for dinner. Although there is set dinner, as I wanted to order the flaming chocolate brownie, we ordered a la carte. The a la carte roast prime ribs already include the spinning salad, mashed potato and the Yorkshire pudding. The spinning salad is mainly to mix the salad dressing the salad evenly and it was cool to watch. They prepare cold forks for this dish to avoid the temperature of the salad being affecte

The prime rib was served from the cart oven. I chose medium rare and it was perfect. It was still juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes were buttery.
The Yorkshire pudding was like a sponge and soaking all the gravy so we don't have to waste any drop of it.
Again, my favorite part dessert.
They pour the flaming wine on top of the brownie. You can admire it burning while the ice cream remains intact. The brownie itself wasn't overtly sweet like most places. A perfect ending to a delicious dinner.
