New ramen shop in E Plaza. Tiny shop and better avoid rush hour..FOODThe Chicken White Soup Ramen, soup based is not in consomme soup way (light soup). They have strong flavor. I though they may added some bone broth, i am not sure but the soup based is sooo matched with the Chushu. Love it ..Roast Chushu is so good, the taste just like they have burned with charcoal. Order before you get into the shop. Cashier work mode is very Hea style... need to improve her passionate to introduce the food menu if the owner want better business flow.
