i ordered 黑椒汁西冷牛扒 with 薯菜 and 罗宋汤 (soup and bread included in lunch set). the soup was fine, not great but not bad either, and the bread was average, not bad. there was quite a lot of butter inside the bread, and i guess it depends on the person whether or not this is a good thing. my friend and brother both ordered the cream soup and agreed that it tasted like flour, so i guess don't order their cream soup (?) the steak was just alright, but i suppose i shouldn't have expected much given the low price. the sauce (gravy?) was so thick it was scary. the side was crinkle cut fries, which i don't really like as a side for steak but i guess some people like it. the food wasn't bad but it really wasn't anything special. however, i'd say it was a good deal for $53. i initially wanted 法式羊架并龙利 but they were out of fish fillets so that was a huge disappointment. the service wasn't good either. if you want a cheap meal that's just fine, this is the place for you, for lunch anyway. but if you're looking for very good quality food, go elsewhere.
