Exploring chai wan is definitely not a good choice unless there’s some drive that push or motivate us to go there. Surprisingly, it’s a restaurant that drives us there - a modern cha chan tang, a new locals’ favorite. We arrived on a Friday night, packed with people.  one of the signature is their baked salty chicken in half portion (not only is soft and flavorful, the portion as I’ve mentioned) is more than enough...

 we picked a veggie dish too, with different types of marinated beans and mushroom, wow 😮 definitely a delicious one ☝🏼

 cannot stop eating this dish as the flavor was perfect. For sides we then picked the chicken wings in salt and pepper.

 then came my all time favorite Chinese dish, ehh with prawns 🍤 each prawn came in full size, by that I meant they were huge. Juicy, crunchy and the egg was cooked again perfectly and blended with onions! My favorite dish of the night.

 overall, a delightful and happy meal in which we left with a fulfilling stomach lol will definitely be back to try their other dishes too! The price was super reasonable and food were superb’
