Got a very fatless cut for 300g (minimum requirement apparently) and it surprised me because it came medium rare and wasn’t so sinewy and tough. The garlic sauce was brilliant and with a little help from the mustard the steak wasn’t bad at all, exceeding my expectations. Add some rice, soup, and a salad and it’s a pretty good meal full of protein
