After going through the uphill battle to reach this café, I found it a bit stuffy inside. Not to worry, it wasn't long till the staff rectified the air quality issue. I think part of the reason was due to customers removing their layers one by one. Kudos to the staff for being attentive to their customers!
It's self-service, so you have to pick up the menu and seat yourself. I asked for a recommendation for a full meal at the cashier, and the staff recommended their Good Day 2.0, UFO, Chicken Benny, and Crispy Gee. That was basically half the menu. I went with The Crispy Gee.

Beautiful. Rustic but with great finesse, garnished with edible flower petals and herbs.
The first thing you do when you have poached egg is to cut down the middle to reveal the delicious golden yellow yolk and have it caress whatever lies underneath. Pat it with a fork, and it would bounce like those famous Cheung Chau mango mochis without breaking. Lo and behold, it did exactly that. I took a moment to savour the visuals of the yolk trickle down.

Sourdough was alright - it was a bit soggy towards the end of the meal due to the abundance of sauce underneath it. The avocado was fresh and creamy, which I LOVE. The dish was very generous with it too.
Now, to the main attraction, the yogurt-marinated fried chicken. As you cut into it, you can hear a slight tingling sensation in your ears at the sound of the crispy chicken skin, almost crackling. What a delightful sound.
The fried chicken tasted like sweet honey-glazed Korean fried chicken. What's interesting is the slight tang you get from the yogurt marinade. The chicken was moist towards the center but a bit dry in some parts. It matched nicely with all the ingredients combined - so make sure you have everything in one bite!
Overall as a dish, the meal was on the heavier side. You have the yogurt-marinated protein, the thick chili mayo sauce, the creamy avocado, and the sourdough. The sourdough was light and airy, but there was just too much sauce underneath it. My stomach had a difficult time digesting the heavy meal alone. Part of the reason was the height of the chairs and tables. The tables were too low. You'll find yourself sitting up and adjusting yourself every once in a while.

Espresso Machine used was a La Marzocco. So, automatically I would expect a good pull.
The coffee itself was pretty good. It had dark chocolate, honey, and almond tasting notes. I was disappointed I couldn't taste that much of the condensed milk flavour you get from a classic Spanish Latte. I would suggest the café use large ice cubes as the latte began to taste watered down only after 5-10 minutes.
