What a vibrant enticing plate of hummus spread, featuring beetroot, carrot and green bean hummus served with baguette (sourdough slices would’ve been more fitting) Hummus lovers are in heaven, beetroot is my favorite. Earthy and fresh flavors but a bit on the sweet side, a little drizzle of lemon juice would’ve lifted the flavors.
