I've never eaten IN the shop because it looks too dirty but everything I've taken away tasted rubbish. The Napoleon here consists of buttery pastry layered with slightly salted cream characteristic of HK style cakes. It also contains a generous amount of fragrant walnuts that add textural interest to the pastry. I like to eat this napoleon split into rectangular halves at the middle layer, like a sweet finger-sized crunchy sandwich $5 for this delicious treat- truly a bargain.
