Went to have lunch at this restaurant with my parents n gf ytd. We ordered lots of things, fok geen fried rice, deep fried tao fu cube, siu lung bao and few dim sums. The fok geen fried rice is very good, the fried rice stiffness is just right not too hard n not too soft and its very dry good good good. The sauce taste is very rich and has lots of ingrediance mixed inside with it and it taste very good with the fried rice base good good good. The deep fried tao fu cube is also very good, the surface is crispy and the middle is very soft and it goes very well with the sour sauce n salt on the side and its not oily at all. The siu lung bao is very good, the skin thickness is very thin n its not easy to break at all, and the middle the minced meat is very juicy and has absorbed its sauce taste too very very good. The dim sum we ordered are cha sew bao, nai wong bao and 9 choi garw. The cha sew bao is quite good, the bun is soft and the cha sew inside is a bit fat and lots of sauce with it too but i think the cha sew is a bit too fat... The nai wong bun is very good, its sweetness is just right and its texture is very thick n the bun is soft n chewy. The 9 choi garw is ok la, the skin is a bit too thick, taking away the taste of the 9 choi n some meat inside, but its soft and juicy so its ok la. Must try the fok geen fried rice here
