Ok first, this review is geared towards those who already enjoy and appreciate Chipotle's restaurants in the States, those who crave the fresh and flavorful Tex-Mex combinations mostly absent from the HK foody scene. I ordered the rice bowl with my choice of filling, rice/beans, and salsa. For me, I'm a barbacoa fan. I also asked to add peppers and onions to my bowl - i.e. fajita bowl. The cilantro rice was quite good, I enjoyed the fresh lettuce and corn salsa too. But the barbacoa was spot on.
If I had any complaints, it would be that my rice bowl could have had a little more salt.
So, if you enjoy fresh, flavorful Tex-Mex, or you're craving a Chipotle's fix, don't walk, run to your nearest Little Burro (hey, do I get my free rice bowl now? ;-)
