This is the Soft shelled crab, garden salad with Jeju Citrus Dressing and wasabi Ranch Dressing.
The crab has been lightly battered without drying out from deep fried, a perfect light crisp to the outside, succulent and full of flavour within.
The fresh garden salad was a perfect compliment on the side, while the wasabi ranch dressing gave the extra punch of kick to the dish.

The tomato and Korean chilli base spaghetti with cream atop, garnished with Hokkaido Uni and edible flowers as final touching. It was so creamy and saucy, the thick coating on the spaghetti made every slurp a pleasure. The Hokkaido Uni was fresh with melt-in-your-mouth buttery texture, and added that indulgence to the dish.
