Cockroach is coming to town

Poor crisis management! I reserved a table here and hoped for a romantic dinner. However, that cockroach ruined my night! After spotting a cockroach next to my table, I immediately asked the waitress to clean it up. Her action was prompt but after cleaning up, no one from the restaurant did any follow up thereafter! After 10 mins or so, a senior waitress came to us to “apologize” but her ultimate aim was just to confirm if we would order dessert. The service attitude is totally UNACCEPTABLE. WOR
