called 1 nite b4. still not booking on 12 30 pm 13/2/2009. need to wait 1 hour at 1 30pm. order around all expensive food for 3 adults. total 800 dollars for lunch. waiting time is too long. but always satisfy with lee garden. so still willing to come to this restaurant at apm. we lived in fo tan. but we need to do something at kwun tong. so go to apm to have lunch. dont expect the 398 dollars little piece japanese A? beef is so bad. outside is ok. inside is red colour ok. but when we put inside mouth. COLD. how can it like this? we try all the best beef A5 A4 in japan or hk. over 1000 dollars or even 2000 dollars per piece. never like this. we tell the male manager. he ask cook to redone. yes, warm...but this time waste all the beef coz it is very hard to eat. this kind of expensive japense beef should be just a bit done and solve inside the mouth. so we r not satisfy with this. i suggest the female manager to chop this inside square form like japanese restaurant. then this can make sure all the beef are hot in the middle. other food are very nice. service very nice. the female manager know i am not satisfy with the beef. she give us 3 free dessert. and ask us go find her next time we go to apm lee garden. she will talk to the cook to do better for the japanese beef. i really scare i will have diaherra and throw up after eating the cold 1st piece of japanese beef. because my digestive system is very poor. enter hospital 3 times because of diaherra. very noisy environment. washroom is very clean.
