happy mid autumn festival~tried different kinds of cold skin mooncakes:mango: cold sin is "yin yin un un", very fresh and won't be too "lum"...when i use knife to cut, it's very easy, won't stick to the knife, the mango taste inside is quite artificial, no mango cubes but some mango jam, luckily it's not too sweet but i dun like it...green bean with egg yolk: much better! there;s some tiny egg yolk cubes inside, green bean is very smooth and not too sweet~i recommend that it should be taken out

i recommend that it should be taken out 10 minutes b4 eating it coz the cold skin will be softer....and more easy to cut and separate~
anyway i think the traditional taste cold skin mooncakes is better than some of the newly special taste one
